Does it cost anything?
The brief is a free download with no sign-up, and the import is included on every CARTT plan. The conversation happens in your own Claude account, so CARTT never charges for it.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
No. The brief works in a free claude.ai chat. A paid plan helps with longer conversations and lets Claude hand the file back as a download.
What does CARTT build from the file?
Your theme colours and fonts, your store name and tagline, your brand voice, your category tree, and your home page plus content pages such as About, Contact and FAQ, built from real page-builder blocks you can keep editing.
Can I change my mind after importing?
Yes. You see every change before anything is written, and each import can be undone in one click. Categories you have since filled with products are kept.
What about my products and photos?
Products come in through CARTT's store import or inventory connections, and photos through the media library. The design gives them a home: categories, product grids and featured sections that fill themselves as your catalogue arrives.
I already have a design from Claude Design. Can I use it?
Yes. Upload a Claude Design bundle in Design Studio, which is on every plan. Use the brief for the rest of the store: theme, categories, voice and your other pages.
