All plans monthly, AUD, exclusive of GST. 10% GST is added at checkout for Australian customers on both monthly subscriptions and the one-time onboarding fee. Onboarding is a one-time fee on every tier — $449 (Foundation), $899 (Growth), $1,799 (Operator), $2,950 (Network, includes data migration and child-tenant setup); all onboarding fees are also quoted ex GST. Roughly 2× the monthly subscription — it pays for guided setup, theme + product import, and gateway wiring. First billing cycle is 44 days (14-day setup window + 30-day month). AI usage metered through the wallet against the included monthly AI allowance; SMS and email-campaign sends are billed at cost-plus from purchased wallet top-ups (not the AI allowance).
